Really enjoyed first bootcamp this morning. Great workout with CJ and a super group of welcoming people. Contrary to my photos, there were at least 30 people there. Today was cardio day and it pushed you. Looking forward to next couple of classes while I'm in town.
I can't say enough about how much I like this boot camp. I was intimidated about starting because I didn't know what to expect and I was out of shape. From day one I was hooked. The instructors and the other clients were friendly, helpful and welcoming. It's never been overcrowded, it's organized and they keep you constantly moving throughout the entire workout. It's great for all fitness levels, as they show you variations to all exercises so you can make them easier or more intense depending on your own fitness level. They take interest in their clients, knowing them all by name and frequently hear them throw out encouraging words "good job Cheryl", etc. They pay attention to each individual and if you are doing an exercise improperly, they come by and show you how to do it the correct way and explain why it's the better way. I recently had an injury that affected my ability to complete some of the scheduled exercises, they were very good at showing me an alternative one that would achieve the same results. All in all, great people, great atmosphere and great workout. Win win.
this class is challenging, which i find difficult to find. a lot of classes cater to the least-fit person which doesn't leave room for advanced students. this class is structured that works for beginners and experienced people, so it's easy to find your level. the workouts are fun, interesting, and never the same which i like. also, the venue (vetta) is amazing for working out, it's an indoor soccer venue with this spongy fake grass that makes me feel like the bionic woman. and CJ is awesome.
Tailored to any age or level. Great upbeat atmosphere. Workouts are never the same. Weekly blog posts & motivation. CJ puts all his skill and knowledge into each bootcamp for optimal fitness training.
I Love coming here. I feel much better and have more energy throughout my day! I notice a huge difference in my overall health and strength. The exercises C.J. has are always different to keep the body guessing. C.J. is very knowledgeable and puts full effort into creating a better you!
